Bluebird Care Sussex Wealdare looking for committed & reliable individuals to join our team on apart-time OR full-timebasis. You must be able to commit to a minimum of16 hoursper week andalternate weekends.

- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with families.
- Drive to clients' homes as needed, providing home care services with compassion.
- Utilize IT skills to manage schedules and documentation efficiently.
- Foster a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.
What Youll Need
- Full Driving Licence
- Access to your vehicle which you must insure of business use.
