Job description
Help older people live with dignity and independence in Hampshire’s residential homes as a Care Assistant for Hampshire County Council. This is a full‑time, permanent, on‑site role based in Eastleigh (Job ref: HCC622708) paying £25,186–£26,244 per year plus a Market Supplement of £953 pro rata. You will support daily living and personal care, deliver person‑centred care plans, promote residents’ independence and build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families and colleagues. The role includes some weekend and bank holiday shifts, paid at enhanced rates.
