As a Care Assistant with HC‑One in Leeds (LS15), you will support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing on a full‑time, permanent basis, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Day‑to‑day duties include personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene and mealtimes), assisting with mobility and daily activities, offering comfort to distressed residents and providing compassionate end‑of‑life support. Safeguarding is central to the role: you’ll be trained to recognise and report concerns and will use HC‑One’s digital care planning tools to deliver person‑centred care that protects individuality and dignity.
