Night Care Assistant role with Avery Healthcare in Corby (NN17) — permanent, full‑time nights, paid at £12.35 per hour. You’ll support residents overnight by delivering high standards of personal care and promoting dignity and independence: assisting with personal hygiene, monitoring clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure ulcers, falls or signs of infection, and escalating concerns promptly. The role requires courteous interaction with residents and visitors, adherence to safe working practices and close contribution to the care team to ensure continuity of service across shifts. No prior experience is necessary — a full induction and on‑going training programme is provided, and Avery will meet the cost of the required DBS check; you must also provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
This role suits warm, attentive carers who value respect, honesty and teamwork — many applicants are women seeking meaningful night‑time work that fits around other commitments. Avery Healthcare is one of the UK’s largest providers of luxury elderly care with over 100 homes, offering a supportive culture, clear development paths and a chance to see the difference your compassion makes to residents’ lives.
