Job description
As a Nights Care Assistant with Avery Healthcare in Virginia Water (GU25) you’ll work the 21:15–07:15 shift in a permanent, full‑time role paying £13 per hour. Nights are hands‑on and focused on delivering high standards of personal care, promoting residents’ independence, dignity and comfort through assistance with hygiene and night‑time needs. You’ll be expected to recognise and escalate clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls or signs of infection, practise safe systems of work and act courteously towards residents and visitors.
