Job description
Make a real difference to older people’s lives as a Care Assistant with HC‑One in Peacehaven. This full‑time, permanent role (£13.85–£14.35 per hour) sees you working alongside Registered Nurses to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing. You’ll provide personal care — washing, dressing, mealtime support and mobility assistance — and help run meaningful daily activities, safeguarding residents and reporting any concerns. The role suits compassionate carers who enjoy hands‑on work, respect people’s individuality and are comfortable learning digital care planning tools.
