Please note that we pay separate travel time, mileage, and holiday pay. This is in addition to your hourly rate for care tasks. This can add an extra 20% (£2.50) to your hourly rate when comparing with companies who don't do this. A full breakdown of your pay is always provided.

Increased pay rates after 12 months service

As a Care Assistant you will provide care & support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes allowing them to remain as independent as possible as an alternative to residential care. Typical responsibilities include helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompting, attending appointments, companionship and supporting a clean home environment.
We warmly welcome people with previous healthcare assistant, carer and/or support worker experience.
