Location: Billingshurst

Salary: £13.25 - £19.00 per hour

Hours: 20-40 hours a week

We’re also hiring in Storrington, Pulborough, Billingshurst, Steyning, Henfield and Horsham. If you have a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you!

What’s in it for You?

Monday to Friday Rates of Pay:

09:00 – 18:00: £13.25 per hour
Early & Late Unsociable Hours (07:00 – 09:00 and 18:00 – 22:00): £13.50 per hour

Weekend Rate of Pay (07:00 – 22:00): £14.75 per hour
Bank Holiday Rate (07:00 – 22:00): £19.00 per hour
Paid Mileage: 30p per mile
Refer a Friend Bonus: £200
Signing-On Bonus: £150
Fully Funded Diplomas/NVQs in Health & Social Care
Open University Funding Programme: Work with us full-time and you could receive up to £9,000 funding for yourself or a dependent child in part-time courses, or up to £6,000 for full-time courses. Work with us part-time and you could receive up to £6,000 funding for yourself or a dependent child in part-time courses.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Personal Care
Meal Preparation
Administering Medication
Companionship Care

No previous experience in care is necessary! Full training is provided in all aspects of care.

All You Need

A full UK driving licence with access to your own car
A genuine desire to care for others
Confidence in making everyday decisions with the well-being of others in mind
