Kenyon Medical Centres in Coventry (CV3) is looking for a part‑time Care Navigator/Receptionist to be the friendly, professional face of a busy GP training practice serving around 14,300 patients. This permanent role is 21.5 hours per week, working afternoons (Mon–Wed 2.00–6.30pm; Thu–Fri 2.30–6.30pm) with Saturday cover on a rota roughly twice a year. You’ll split your time between reception and telephone duties—greeting and directing patients, making appointments, taking clinical messages, handling repeat prescriptions and medication deliveries, organising ambulance transport, and supporting the triage team and clinicians. The post uses EMIS Web and Docman for records and scanning; training and chaperone instruction will be provided. Pay is £12.71 per hour with annual pay review and staff access to the NHS Pension Scheme.

This role will suit caring, organised people—particularly women and carers seeking reliable, family‑friendly hours—who enjoy frontline contact and practical admin work in a supportive team. We’re looking for someone with reception or public‑facing experience, good IT and communication skills, attention to detail, discretion (DBS required) and the ability to follow clinical protocols. The position offers steady hours, on‑the‑job learning and scope to develop care‑navigation skills within Sowe Valley PCN; previous EMIS experience and customer‑service qualifications are desirable but not essential.
