Hours: 40 hours / Days
Location: Four Hills Care Home Ruchill, Strathclyde, G20 9NU
Salary: Competitive + bonuses up to 100%
With over 25 years experience, nearly 240 care homes, and six independent hospitals, our client currently has some of the best quality ratings of any large care home provider in the UK. To be considered for the role of Home Manager you will have a Nurse qualification, inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person centred care, with a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalised care through continuous improvement.
About You
Pinned Nurse with leadership skills
Care home management, marketing and occupancy experience
Proven ability to develop and inspire teams to provide exceptional patient care
Excellent organisational and management skills
A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
Experience creating strong links within the local community
In short, your proven track record of marketing and business skills within the care sector, running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home will be complemented by your blend of compassion and resilience.
