Care Navigator/Medical Receptionist at West Walk Surgery, Yate (BS37) — permanent, part-time (18 hours per week) with set shifts: Monday 2pm–8pm and Thursday & Friday 12:30pm–6:30pm. You will be the first point of contact for patients, answering calls and face-to-face enquiries, making future appointments and directing people to the right clinician using the GP‑led KLINIK system. Day-to-day duties include messaging patients, processing samples and medical requests, occasional chaperoning, general reception administration and working across the Yate and Coalpit Heath branch surgeries. The role requires good IT and communication skills, GCSEs in Maths and English, confidentiality, and a DBS check; pay is £12.25 an hour.
