:£12.54 per hourTenure:Bank (zero hours)Reportsto:Service Delivery Service LeadAvailableshifts:NightsYorkHospital, YO31 8HEOvernight Bank Shifts available are primarily Monday-Sunday23:00-08:00Nimbuscares Care Navigator role offers meaningful work supportingclinical teams in delivering urgent care during evenings, nights, and weekends.About the RoleThe postholder will support the smooth and efficientrunning of the GP Out of Hours service, in providing operational shift supportto our clinical teams working in our centres face to face or remotely as partof our Clinical Assessment Service (CAS).You will liaise with Healthcare Professionals,patients, and other colleagues to ensure a timely and high standard of care isdelivered.You will make and receive telephone calls and willwork in line with Standard Operating Procedures.This role contributes to the effective running ofthe GP Out of Hours service across multiple locations (York, Scarborough,Malton, Whitby and Selby)
