Newhall Surgery in Swadlincote (DE11) is seeking a motivated, empathetic Care Navigator to join a busy primary care team. This part‑time role (20–25 hours per week) sits within core hours of 08:00–18:30 and requires flexibility to work both morning and afternoon shifts as needed. You will be the first port of call for patients: answering calls, managing enquiries, booking appointments, signposting to internal and external services, and undertaking administrative tasks for clinical teams. The job demands strong verbal and written communication, good IT literacy, attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data and prior experience in primary care or customer service; a DBS check is required.

This opportunity will appeal to compassionate carers — particularly women seeking flexible, part‑time work that fits around home or caring responsibilities — who take pride in helping people find solutions calmly and professionally. Newhall Surgery offers a supportive, people‑centred environment with scope for development, regular team connection and a genuine focus on staff wellbeing. The closing date is 23 November 2025.
