Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Navigator to join our friendly and supportive GP Surgery in Worcester. We are looking for someone for 20 hrs a week (Mondays/Tuesdays and Thursday).You will have strongcommunications skills, attention to detail, a can-do attitude and will beable to deal with both patients and surgery staff face to face and over thetelephone in a professional manner.We arelooking for a candidate who will provide an excellentservice to our patients as well as being a committed Team Player.The surgery isopen from 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday, and our dedicated Team provideshared cover during this time.NHS or GP Practice
