💙 What You’ll Do

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll:

Partner with our leadership team to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies.

Create eye-catching adverts and build relationships with local media, job centres, colleges, and online platforms.

Be a visible ambassador for Bluebird Care — attending community events, careers fairs and spreading the word about opportunities in care.

Screen and shortlist candidates, arrange interviews, and support pre-employment checks.

Ensure every candidate enjoys a positive experience from first contact through to onboarding.

Keep accurate recruitment records and monitor campaign performance to continually improve results.

You’ll be the friendly, proactive face of recruitment – ensuring we always have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time.

Communicates brilliantly – both in writing and in person.

Has a creative, can-do approach to problem-solving and marketing our roles.

Understands the importance of compliance and attention to detail.

Enjoys teamwork and builds great relationships across all levels.

Experience in recruitment or HR is essential, and ideally, you’ll bring some understanding of the care sector or local job market.

A full driving licence and willingness to work flexibly are required.
