Guardian Angel Carers – Winchester & Hedge End
Full Time: Up to 40 Hours per Week + On Call Duties
Salary: £31,000 per annum

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both our clients and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery across Winchester & Hedge End and surrounding areas.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Leadership Team while building meaningful relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Conducting client reviews
• Ensuring care plans remain person-centred and responsive
• Monitor Best Practices and Quality
• Supporting and mentoring Healthcare Assistants within your area
• Managing concerns, safeguarding and service quality issues appropriately
• Liaising with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting office operations and compliance processes
• Participating in the on-call rota as part of the senior team
• Delivering occasional care visits where required to support the service
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 2 years’ experience within the care sector
• Has previous experience in a supervisory or senior care role
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is confident using computer systems and digital care platforms
• Demonstrates professionalism, compassion and reliability
• Can support, motivate and develop others positively
• Understands person-centred care and quality standards
• Works well independently and as part of a team
Desirable
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent Client Relationship skills
• NVQ Level 4/BA or above
• Experience writing care plans and carrying out reviews
• Good knowledge of care legislation and compliance
