Job description
Crossroads Care Kent is seeking Carer Support Workers in the Weald rural areas, including Cranbrook, Hawkhurst, and Goudhurst
The role offers between 20 to 30 hours per week at a competitive pay rate of £11.78 per hour
Duties include providing families and unpaid carers with respite from their caring responsibilities through longer quality calls and regular weekday visits
Benefits include paid travel time, 40p per mile mileage reimbursement, enhanced sick pay, increased holiday with service, access to the Blue Light Card for discounts, a contributory pension scheme, and comprehensive training
Candidates should have a valid driving license, their own car, and internet access
Applications are subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references
