Crossroads Care Kent is hiring Carer Support Workers in the Thanet areas of Kent, offering a salary of £11.78 per hour for 20 to 30 hours per week
Duties include providing support to families and unpaid carers, allowing them a break from their responsibilities
The role features longer quality calls, regular visits on weekdays, and no work on bank holidays or Christmas
Benefits include competitive pay, 40p per mile mileage, paid travel time, access to staff care and wellbeing offers, a contributory pension scheme, enhanced sick pay, increased holiday on service, and a referral scheme with a £250 bonus
Candidates should be kind, caring, have their own car and driving license, internet access, and be willing to travel within the Thanet area
Applicants must undergo satisfactory DBS checks and references.
