Play a key role in The Breeze @ Musgrove Park Hospital, delivering high-quality food and friendly service to patients, staff and visitors. As a Catering Assistant (Retail) you’ll prepare sandwiches, salads and hot items from recipe cards, serve at tills in cafés and wards, manage stock including chilled and frozen goods, and maintain strict hygiene using HACCP and Kelsius records. The job suits someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, hands‑on role with clear routines around allergens, infection control and safe food handling. Essential experience includes work in a busy restaurant or similar environment; Level 2 Food Hygiene and NVQ Front of House are desirable.
