Many of the young people you will support have complex needs and require intensive support to help them make positive life changes. Key Responsibilities: Act as a keyworker for young people, being a positive role model Provide a safe, stable, and structured environment Support and engage young people in educational, recreational, and social activities Administer medication where required Complete risk assessments, reports, and care planning documentation Demonstrate knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2Who We Are Looking For: A background in care is not essential but desirable .
