Part‑time permanent Band 3 role with clear salary banding — £24,937–£26,598 pa (pro rata).
Generous pay enhancements, +30% evenings/Saturdays, +60% Sundays & bank holidays for extra earnings.
27 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years.

Citywide Later Life Administrator — Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT, based at Crumpsall Vale (Hexagon Tower, M9 8GQ). This part‑time, permanent Band 3 role (salary £24,937–£26,598 per annum, pro rata) supports the Older Adults CMHT across Manchester, including MRI, Wythenshawe and Chorlton. Day‑to‑day duties include processing referrals and patient records, answering high volumes of calls, arranging appointments, preparing correspondence, scanning and data entry, and taking minutes for MDTs, safeguarding and clinical meetings. Strong IT, numeracy and confidential administration skills are essential; Level 3 or equivalent and RSA2/audio‑typing experience are desirable. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
