Support occupational therapy clinicians as a Clinical Administration Support assistant based at Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny (NP7), working for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. This hands-on role suits organised, compassionate people — especially carers and women looking for flexible, part-time work — who enjoy being the calm, professional point of contact for patients, families and health professionals. You will answer calls, manage electronic and paper filing, take accurate minutes, type and distribute documents, and provide general clerical and IT support across a small occupational therapy team. Excellent communication, a strong telephone manner, proven administrative skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload are essential; knowledge of NHS systems (WPAS, CWS, PAS, Oracle) is helpful but training will be provided, and Welsh speakers are especially welcome.

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is a respected, multi‑award‑winning NHS organisation offering a supportive workplace, paid mandatory training, clear career pathways and a commitment to wellbeing. This permanent, part‑time post is Band 3 (£25,313–£26,999 pro rata) and subject to a DBS check; applications from those needing Skilled Worker sponsorship will be considered.
