Step into a vital administrative role with Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT as a Clinical Booking Clerk in the Booking Team PASS, based at the Civic Office, Doncaster DN1 3BU. This non-patient-facing, hybrid post runs Monday–Friday (typically 08:00–17:00), processing e-referrals, printing and scanning referrals for clinical triage, using PAS and multiple reporting tools to book outpatient appointments, and handling calls, texts and emails to negotiate dates and resolve queries. You will work closely with clinical divisions to manage capacity and demand, may occasionally cover the scanning base at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, and will be subject to a DBS check. The role is fixed-term (12 months), Band 2, salary £24,465 pro rata. Essential requirements include office/clerical experience, GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) and keyboard/IT ability.
