You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the wider healthcare team. You will also be involved in clinical governance, quality assurance, and the continuous improvement of care standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in a leadership or management role within the care sector.
