Help bridge hospital care and community support through the Hospital2Home Service, ensuring patients leaving the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea receive continuous, exemplary care at home. Ideal candidates will be registered nurses with over three years of experience in cancer or palliative care, holding at least a degree and some post-registration qualifications in education and training.
