Clinical Nurse Specialist (RMN) – Core & Eating Disorders, part‑time (30 hours/week, Mon–Fri plus on‑call including weekends) with Care in Mind. This Band 6+ role is salaried at £47,307–£54,710 pro rata (dependent on experience) and is hybrid: you will be based from our Head Office in Stockport and provide clinical input across services in Yorkshire, so access to a vehicle and willingness to travel is essential. Working with young people (16–30) with complex trauma, personality presentations, eating disorders and neurodiversity, you will deliver specialist assessment and treatment, weekly 1:1 sessions, group work and risk formulation; support case management, screening referrals and joint assessments; provide training, reflective practice and supervision for residential teams; and contribute to audits, clinical governance and multidisciplinary working. Applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) — RNLDs with relevant mental health/trauma experience will be considered — and demonstrate legislative knowledge, ongoing professional development and experience of working with complex young people.

Care in Mind is a CQC‑registered, clinically led service offering NHS‑funded intensive mental health packages and residential placements for young people transitioning from inpatient or secure settings. The post is ideal for nurses and carers who want meaningful, hands‑on clinical work combined with professional autonomy, strong clinical supervision and clear development pathways. Benefits include a minimum 30 days holiday plus a birthday day off, enhanced sick pay and pension, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, paid time off for fertility treatment, a menopause‑friendly workplace, healthcare CashPlan, EAP counselling, paid training and DBS, long‑service awards and a supportive team culture.
