As Clinical Nurse Specialist - Fetal Cardiology at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children (WC1N 3JH) you will coordinate and lead care for families following an antenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease. You will manage your own caseload, provide expert counselling and bereavement support, run nurse-led clinics and outreach appointments, and act as the central point of contact between fetal cardiology, paediatrics, fetal medicine, obstetrics, sonography and community teams. Accurate electronic record-keeping, safeguarding, use of national cardiac standards and involvement with charities and support groups are core to the role.

The post offers a tailored educational pathway, leadership, audit and research opportunities and a chance to shape service development across antenatal to postnatal care.
