Part‑time Band 3 Clinical Office Administrator, Therapies based at St Peter’s Hospital, Chertsey (KT16) – support the Outpatient Children’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team by managing reception and clerical duties that keep clinics running smoothly. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include booking new and follow‑up appointments, maximising clinic slots, answering patient and carer enquiries, processing iMSK referrals, running daily reports, preparing and filing patient records, arranging patient transport and assisting senior physiotherapists with administrative tasks. You’ll work directly with patients, families and multi‑disciplinary teams, use trust IT systems (Cerner, ERS, Evolve, Envoy, Dictate IT) with training provided, and be comfortable prioritising a varied workload under pressure. Essential skills include clear communication, customer‑facing experience, good organisation, GCSE‑level English and maths, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team; the post is subject to a DBS check.
