We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included. An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of clinical service manager within medical specialties Clyde based at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.
The Clinical Service Manager is accountable to the General Manager for the delegated management and control of resources within Medical Specialties, based in Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH). The post holder will implement achieve and deliver performance objectives within quality standards (e.g. ensure that performance targets are achieved such as agreed waiting list and time targets) and contribute to the corporate management of the Division through the Sector Management Team.
The post holder will be responsible for the management of specialties under his/her remit, in particular delivering Scottish Government’s scheduled and unscheduled care targets.
The Clinical Service Manager will also provide operational support to the General Manager in the efficient and effective delivery of all services across Clyde Sector.
