Job description
Support older adults in the community as a Clinical Support Assistant for Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust in Stratford-upon-Avon (CV37). Working within a multi‑disciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers and support staff, you will help deliver evidence‑based interventions for people with dementia, psychosis, mood and anxiety disorders. The role includes medication monitoring, triage, occupational therapy support, and delivering 1:1 and group psychoeducation. This permanent, part‑time Band 4 post (pro rata £27,485–£30,162) is suited to those with a Foundation degree in Health, Health and Social Care or Psychology (or equivalent experience), community mental health experience and confidence supporting people in distressed states; a DBS check is required.
