Clinical Support Worker Job details Posting date: 05 November 2025 Salary: £27,485.00 to £30,162.00 per year Additional salary information: £27485.00 - £3.00 a year Hours: Full time Closing date: 20 November 2025 Location: Brighton, BN2 5BE Company: NHS Jobs Job type: Permanent Job reference: C9279-25-21Apply for this job Summary This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds, and any role-specific criteria. Face to face contact with patients eg carrying out therapy programmes, gathering case history, assisting with strategies, reviews of progress. Telephone calls with patients and carers to review progress, report concerns or queries to supervising SaLTs. Assist in clinics eg videofluoroscopy to include preparation of food and drinks for testing, preparing other equipment required, fetching notes, reassuring patients. Running groups eg support groups, therapy groups, assisting with Messy Play. Clinical and outpatient administration to include using IT systems to manage referrals, bookings, triage and outcome reports. Be involved with governance activities eg training, audit and risk assessment,
