Main duties of the job
Providing clinical support to the school health team, by undertaking duties as delegated by the Team Lead/School Nurse, in support of the delivery of commissioned school health service.Contributing and participating in the delivery of the health promotion programme and National childhood Measurement Programme (NCMP) for the school health service in line with the Healthy Child Programme and local service specifications.Contributing to the delivery of Working Together to Safeguard Children (2, including improving health and life chances for children and families and safeguarding those at risk.To deliver the role in accordance with CLCH Trust values and behaviours.Find out more information about working and living in South West London here - https://jobsincare.com/job/jnsqFluY4bY
