Benson & Egerton Trauma Unit is a busy 62 bedded Trauma & Orthopaedic Ward, which undertakes emergency admissions.We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Clinical Support Workers to join our busy team. The team is friendly and supportive with a strong commitment to providing a high standard of care. This is a role where you will be offered support to develop your skills.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Support Worker (CSW) is a member of the care team who will support colleagues in the delivery of patient care.The CSW will undertake a broad range of careactivities under the direct supervision of a Registered Practitioner.The CSW will also work closely and under supervision of the Staff Nurse.
