Clinical Support Worker Higher Level (Band 3) — Willow A/B at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle CA2. This permanent role places you on a busy renal, haematology and general medical ward accepting admissions from A&E, the acute medical unit and community services. As a higher level clinical support worker you will work closely with nurses and the multidisciplinary team to deliver hands-on patient care: assisting with personal care, nutritional support (helping patients with meals and recording fluid and food intake), undertaking clinical observations, maintaining accurate records and protecting patient privacy and dignity. The post is suited to experienced carers and health care assistants who are compassionate, organised and ready to work flexibly including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

This role offers a clear pathway for development, with training opportunities, a recognised Level 3 requirement (or equivalent experience), and expectation to complete the National Care Certificate if not already held.
