As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team (MDT), you will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that will allow you to develop both new and existing clinical skills in a supportive environment. What You’ll Do: • Assist in providing high-quality care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses. • Carry out assigned duties to maintain hygiene, safety, and orderliness on the ward. • Support clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, ECG recording, cannulation, and catheterisation (following appropriate training). • Perform basic wound care and patient observations (e.g. respirations, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation), recording results accurately and reporting abnormalities. • Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, contributing to infection control. • Monitor and restock supplies, promoting efficient use of resources. • Provide a courteous and helpful approach to patients, relatives, and visitors, supporting a positive ward atmosphere.
