Clinical Trials Coordinator at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Denmark Hill, London SE5 9RS. You will support delivery of in‑house, national and international phase I–III CAR‑T haemato‑oncology trials, coordinating patient participation and ensuring protocol investigations, approvals and governance (ICH GCP) are met. Day‑to‑day duties include maintaining site and trial files (TMF/ISF), creating SmartPhrase worksheets on EPIC, collecting and entering trial data, completing case report forms, organising sample processing and shipping, liaising with pharmacy on IMP dispensing, preparing regulatory submissions and amendments (REC/HRA/R&I), arranging monitoring/audit visits and reporting incidents. Where trained, you may undertake clinical measurements (phlebotomy, ECGs, observations) and provide cover for colleagues, including trials at Princess Royal University Hospital.
This fixed‑term, full‑time Band 5 post (12 months) offers salary £37,259–£45,356 (including high cost allowance) and a chance to grow within a Trust known for research excellence, sustainability and inclusion. We’re looking for someone with a life‑science degree or equivalent, GCP qualification, strong communication and organisational skills, confidence with data entry and Microsoft Office, and a collaborative, patient‑centred approach — ideal for carers and women seeking meaningful, skilled work with training and development on offer.
