Job summary
Working as part of a small and ambitious team, the CommunicationsAssistant will support the delivery of high-quality, strategic communicationsacross digital and offline channels. This role is essential in helping theCommunications and Engagement team maintain consistency, timeliness, andeffectiveness in all communications activities.You will provide vital support across content creation, scheduling,reporting, and administrative tasks that contribute to the successful deliveryof campaigns, member communications, and engagement initiatives. Main duties of the job
Assist in maintaining content calendars and scheduling communicationsacross platforms (website, social media, newsletters)Draft, edit, and proofread digital and print content, ensuring alignmentwith brand and editorial guidelinesUpload and update website content, ensuring accuracy and accessibilityCoordinate production of bulletins, newsletters, social media posts, andoffline materialsMonitor inboxes and respond to routine communications queriesProvide administrative support for campaigns and events, includingtracking timelines and logisticsCompile and format performance data from digital platforms (GoogleAnalytics, social media insights, email metrics)Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and campaign performanceMaintain databases and mailing lists, ensuring compliance with dataprotection regulationsEnsure all content adheres to brand guidelines and editorial standardsSupport internal teams with basic design and formatting tasks usingapproved templatesAssist in creating and distributing resources for member practicesAct as a first point of contact for routine queries from memberpracticesProvide day-to-day administration support for the Communications Team
