As a Community Adolescent Senior Support Worker based in Southampton (SO16 4XE) you will provide hands‑on, community-based support to adolescents, take a senior role in care planning and safeguarding, supervise and coach junior staff, and liaise closely with families and multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve safe, person‑centred outcomes.
