Support the Norfolk Community and School Aged Immunisation Service as a Community Immunisation Administrator based at Cringleford Business Centre, Norwich NR4 6AU. This permanent, part‑time Band 3 role (£24,937–£26,598 pa pro rata) combines office‑based planning with hands‑on administrative support in community clinics and school sessions across Norfolk & Waveney. You will help run vaccination clinics, manage bookings and referrals, update patient records, liaise with venues and stakeholders, maintain stock levels and ensure confidentiality and high standards of service. The post is subject to a DBS check; a full UK driving licence and regular access to a car are essential (unless covered by the Equality Act), and SystmOne experience is an advantage.
This role is ideal for organised, patient people who enjoy variety and want to make a tangible difference to local families and children. If you have NVQ2 (or equivalent) in business administration or relevant experience, strong IT skills (Microsoft Office/Excel), accurate keyboard skills and warm communication, you’ll thrive here.
