Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse roles (two full‑time posts) based at Guildford Community Mental Health Recovery Service (The Redwood Centre, GU2 7LX). You will lead on assessments, manage a defined caseload and take professional responsibility for people with severe and enduring mental health needs, delivering a range of evidence‑based interventions, crisis support and low‑intensity psychological approaches as part of a multi‑disciplinary, recovery‑focused team. The posts are permanent, full‑time and subject to NMC registration, RMN/RN qualification, an enhanced DBS check, and the ability to drive with unrestricted use of a car or motorcycle for community work. Salary sits at Band 6: £40,617–£48,778 pa (incl. 5% Fringe HCAS, pro‑rata). Please note we cannot guarantee sponsorship for all vacancies and reasonable adjustments will be considered.
