Take the next step in your nursing career as a Children's Community Nurse with the Powys Teaching Health Board, based in the picturesque town of Brecon. This unique role offers the chance to make a real impact on the lives of children and young people in community settings including their homes, schools, and nurse-led clinics. As part of a small, supportive team, you'll work closely with families and other professionals to provide compassionate care, manage a variety of conditions, and support children with both acute and long-term needs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring children receive the highest standard of care, and you'll have the autonomy to work flexibly and under your own initiative while travelling throughout Powys.

We're looking for a Band 5 Registered Children's Nurse who's passionate about working with children with disabilities and complex conditions. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic approach will be key as you collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and support parents and carers.
