South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust in Halifax seeks dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurses to join their vibrant Older Peoples Community Mental Health Team. This role, ideally suited for individuals who thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment, involves providing specialised mental health care to older adults within the community, particularly those living with Dementia. Working part-time at 22.5 hours per week, you'll be instrumental in crafting personalised care and recovery plans, supported by a well-established Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). Applicants should be motivated to lead, adapt, and support others in managing caseloads, making a genuine impact on patients' lives.
Based at the Laura Mitchell Health & Wellbeing Centre, this position offers the opportunity to work standard office hours from Monday to Friday. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. While experience in community mental health is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you thrive in this dynamic setting.
