As a Community Psychiatric Nurse with the Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust, you'll be key in delivering intervention-based mental health care to individuals with serious mental health conditions. Embedded within the vibrant and multicultural team of West Kent MHT+, you'll provide specialised support to those facing complex emotional challenges, depression, and psychosis, all the while promoting recovery and well-being. This role will see you engaging with cross-agency collaborations, supporting self-care initiatives, and operating within settings such as community care depots and clozapine clinics.
