Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, based in Camborne (TR14), is recruiting a Community Support Worker for the Kerrier Primary Care Network, covering Camborne, Redruth, Helston and surrounding areas. This permanent, part‑time Band 3 role is similar to a Health Care Assistant: you’ll support reablement and deliver compassionate care mainly in people’s own homes, carrying out social interaction and observation, assistance with meals and personal care, light domestic duties, meeting and greeting, putting away stock and reporting concerns. The post is a lone‑worker role with a rota across seven days (08:00–20:00), and requires an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), relevant care experience and a Disclosure and Barring Service check. Travel costs during work time are supported and pool cars are available for work use.

This vacancy is currently open only to staff already employed by Cornwall Foundation Trust, Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust or the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board. You’ll join a supportive local team who provide bespoke training and development, working across community clinics and people’s homes to make a visible, practical difference to local lives.
