Make a real difference to older people across Penwith (Penzance, Hayle, Marazion, St Ives and surrounding areas) as a Community Support Worker with Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. You’ll work within an integrated, multidisciplinary reablement team delivering tailored care packages in people’s homes, residential and nursing homes to help them regain confidence, maximise independence and return home sooner. This community role is rostered across seven days, requires frequent travel around the county (a driving licence is essential), and carries Band 3 pay of £24,937–£26,598 on a permanent full- or part-time contract. NVQ Level 3 in care (or equivalent) and a DBS check are required; bespoke training and ongoing support are provided to build your skills.
