This is a rewarding and impactful role, offering flexible hours and weekday-only work. About the Role: As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide practical and emotional support to residents living in the community. Your role will focus on empowering individuals to build life skills, maintain tenancies, and take positive steps towards independence. Key Responsibilities: Work 1:1 with service users in their homes or supported accommodation Help residents manage appointments, budgeting, and daily living skills Provide housing-related support and signpost to relevant services Lone working within the community (full training and support provided) About You: Previous experience in a support, housing, or care role is highly desirable Confident working independently and managing your own schedule Strong communication and problem-solving skills Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential What We Offer: Flexible shifts – choose full or part-time to suit your lifestyle Weekday work – no evenings or weekends required Ongoing agency placements with consistent hours Supportive team and thorough induction If you’re passionate about making a difference and want a role with real purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
