Job description
Support people with complex care needs as a Complex Care Administrator for NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West ICB, based in Oxford (OX4) with posts also at Reading and High Wycombe. You will work within the All Age, Complex & Continuing Care team providing hands-on administrative support to Band 5 admin and clinical staff: preparing documentation for assessments and placements, supporting the DoLS team, acting as the department receptionist, managing mail and office supplies, and maintaining accurate patient records on ICB databases. The role requires confident telephone and written communication, routine mail handling, meeting administration, strict confidentiality when sharing patient information, and routine MS Office/keyboarding skills. You will liaise with NHS partners, social services, care providers, community nurses, GPs and members of the public, work on your own initiative within clear procedures, and carry out occasional delegated duties; a DBS check is required.
