Support adults with brain injuries, cerebral palsy and other complex needs across South Wales for Enviva Complex Care, based in Swansea (SA11DE). You’ll deliver personalised routines using hoists, assist with personal hygiene and mobility, administer medication, monitor health and behaviour, provide emotional support and companionship, keep accurate care records and work closely with healthcare professionals and families. Shifts include days and nights, the role is permanent full-time and pays between £15–£19 per hour depending on the client placement; specific package details are discussed during screening.

This position suits compassionate, reliable carers with excellent communication, 6–12 months’ experience in complex care (preferred), and the ability to manage challenging behaviours while working independently and as part of a team.
