Consultant Psychiatrist – CRHTT West Berkshire is a permanent, part-time consultant post based at Prospect Park Hospital, Reading (RG30 4EJ) with Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. You will lead clinical care for people in mental health crisis within the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team, using a bio‑psycho‑social approach to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty. The role offers protected time to develop services, supervise junior colleagues and to pursue interests in research, quality improvement or leadership. Salary is £109,725–£145,478 pro rata; applicants must hold current UK professional registration and the post is subject to a DBS check. Skilled worker sponsorship applications are welcome.
