Consultant Psychiatrist in Old Age Psychiatry (10 PAs) at Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust, based at Hillcroft House, Rookes Way, Thatcham RG18 3HR. This permanent, full‑time post (salary £109,725–£145,478 pro rata) offers job‑share applicants a warm welcome and a chance to combine high‑quality clinical work with leadership, research or quality improvement. You'll assess and manage older adults using a bio‑psycho‑social approach, contribute to service development and benefit from a Trust rated 'outstanding' by the CQC, strong staff‑survey results and advanced digital systems.
